Culture eats the model for breakfast

You can deploy the most capable model available and still watch adoption stall. The tool is rarely the issue. The organization around it remains shaped by the problems it was built to solve.
Every company has a structure. Who approves what, which meetings carry weight, what constitutes a real decision. That structure predates the current capability and absorbs new tools on its own terms.
This is why most AI initiatives underdeliver. The capability is new. The container is not.
Real adoption requires a harder question: which parts of this organization exist only because the previous generation of tools could not do better?
If AI is not moving the numbers, the answer is usually not a larger model.
Redraw the shape.
